Raid Signups

To indicate participation on an upcoming raid, members are encouraged to sign up using our system. Signups are accepted until 17:00, the same day as the raid. After that, the system may still accept signups, but they will not be valid.

A valid sign-up represents an intent to participate on the raid. A valid sign-up without a comment means you are going to arrive on-time for the invites. Signups with comments of being late and/or having to leave early must go into the queue.

People who have a valid sign-up will receive an invite to the raid. In the event of a raid with more people than slots open, the excess people will be noted down, and will be given priority entrance to a similar raid at a later date (with a limit of two weeks or one raid occasion to the same place, whichever is longer, after which the priority expires). The priority expires immediately after it's "used up".

People without a valid sign-up receive none of the benefits, and will be asked to join only if all people with sign-ups have been invited. Those locked out of a raid because they did not sign will not receive priority on subsequent raids.
