All non-BoE and non-set gear from any 40-man raid (discounting potions and chickens) will be sent to the SeventhFlight bank. The main bank distribution alt can be found in the bank area's stickied topics.
The bank will store all crafting items, until they are requested and the requests approved, or until the number of these items reaches an overflow value and a certain part of them are sold off. Items to be sold off will be sold first to inside the community (for, frex, alts), then on the Auction House.
Money in the bank can not be requested. Although the bank will sponsor some acts (such as respeccing), you request a respec, and not the money for one! Bank requests go in The Bank forum, but classes' gear requests are handled by the Class Representatives.
